The right to resistance, which entails tha all peoples in struggle against a direct or indirect foreign opression, of military, political, economical or cultural nature, have the right to resist such opression by all the legitimate means within their reach; and so seek and receive in such struggles, international support in accordance with the purposes and principles of the Chapter of the United Nations
