CUP files a remedy of amparo for the case of Mireia Boya and Anna Gabriel

CUP has filed a remedy of amparo before the Constitutional Court alleging violation of fundamental rights of Mireia Boya and Anna Gabriel for the processing of the criminal case by the Supreme Court as well as the lack of response to the extensive and motivated brief that was presented in January questioning the jurisdiction of the Court.
