Communiqué from the Catalan Ombudsman claiming to the Spanish Government Delegation to stop the practice of waving the flag midway through Easter: “He considers that the action of the Ministry of Defense is contrary to the Constitution. And it is a practice that calls into question the alleged secularism of the armed forces and may be in contradiction with the aconfessional character of the State”.
