Human Rights Watch “Spain: Police Used Excessive Force in Catalonia”

According to an independent report by Human Rights Watch, the National Police and the Civil Guard made an excessive use of force during the 1-O referendum day in Catalonia. The armed forces used batons against peaceful demonstrators causing them injuries.
